Background: A photovoltaic cell, or solar is an electronic component which, exposed to light, produces electricity due the effect. Organic cells are cells, of which at least active layer consists organic molecules. It has a yield 15%. The future prospects research for cell application have been required development in field. Objectives: In this work, we propose paper study potential purified betanin dye on DSSC applications. Methods: Extraction was elaborated under sonication conditions (25 kHz, 100 W) 15 minutes. Various films TiO2 with different thicknesses were prepared referring doctor blade method FTO glass substrate. Results: increase thickness value dye_TiO2 induces hyperchromic shift emission intensity. Conclusion: extracted from mature red fruits Opuntia ficus indica and fractional crystallization protocol using 8:2 (v/v) ratio ethyl acetate/ethanol. TiO2_films values by CV US sensitization proving enhancement uniformity distribution film case method.
